📍 Overview

Tata Memorial Centre is seeking a qualified Junior Operation Manager to manage hospital operations at the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Punjab. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with various departments. The position requires a background in healthcare management and experience in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Managing hospital operations in a 50 bedded hospital.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance standards.
• Monitoring and improving operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

🎓 Qualifications

• MBBS/BDS/ Bachelor’ Degree in Science or any other equivalent qualification and a full time regular MBA or MHA degree.
• Minimum 1 year experience of managing hospital operations in a 50 bedded hospital.
• Age Limit : Up to 35 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Rs. 40,000 to 50,000/-
