MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
or
Equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).

BDS registration with DDC / State Dental Council, and
MDS registration with DDC / State Dental Council,

4️⃣ PG Tenure Completion
