The Department of Health & Family Welfare (H&FW), Government of NCT of Delhi, has announced a Centralised Recruitment Drive for Senior Resident (SR) posts across various Delhi Government hospitals and teaching institutions.
This recruitment process, managed by the Centralised Recruitment Committee (CRC), is open to both medical (MD/MS) and dental (MDS) postgraduate candidates — including those with a specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Educational Qualification
BDS with Postgraduate Degree (MDS/Diploma) in the relevant specialty/super-specialty from a recognized University/Institution.
Qualifications must comply with Dental Council of India (DCI) norms.
Registration
Must possess valid registration with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or Delhi Dental Council (DDC) for both UG and PG degrees.
PG registration must be completed before the interview date.
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 45 years as on 10th November 2025
Relaxations: As per GNCTD rules for reserved categories.
Pay Scale & Tenure
Parameter Details
Pay Level 7th CPC – Level 11
Salary Range ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 per month + usual allowances
Tenure Initially for 1 year, extendable annually up to 3 years, based on satisfactory service
Past Experience Consideration Candidates who have completed 3 years of SR may be considered for 1-year tenure (in shortfall specialties).

🧾 Selection Process
Mode: Personal Interview by the Centralised Recruitment Committee (CRC)
Venue: MAMC or associated hospitals (to be notified)
Notification: Only on MAMC website; no individual intimation
Separate Merit Lists:
(i) Fresh candidates
(ii) Candidates who have completed 3-year SR tenure
Appointments from list (ii) will be made only for 1-year duration and only if no fresh candidate is available.
⚖️ Other Important Instructions
Private practice of any form is strictly prohibited.
Appointment is subject to medical fitness and document verification.
CRC reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel any post or process.
A panel of selected candidates will be valid for 6 months from result declaration.
