Retainer Doctor Required

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) invites applications from qualified medical professionals for the position of Retainer Doctor at their residential colony in Beawar, Rajasthan.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: MBBS with at least 2 years of experience as a general practitioner.
Preference will be given to candidates holding MD (Medicine) or MS (General Surgery) degrees.
Remuneration:
₹1,460/hour – for MD (Medicine) / MS (General Surgery)
₹1,130/hour – for MBBS-qualified doctors
Payment will be made based on actual attendance, capped at 52 hours/month.
An annual increment of 5% will be offered on a cumulative basis.
Contract Terms:
Initial contract for 3 years (extendable by 2 more years with mutual consent)
3 months' notice required for termination from either side.
