Smile Dental Care is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for their Delhi office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations. As the first point of contact, the coordinator will ensure welcoming, professional, and seamless interactions for patients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and schedule appointments using practice management software
- Provide clear, compassionate explanations of treatments, timelines, and costs
- Assist patients with financial arrangements, insurance queries, and payment plans
- Maintain an accurate and efficient appointment calendar, minimizing no-shows and optimizing schedule flow
- Handle patient communications across phone, email, text, and WhatsApp
🎓 Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Comfortable using MS Office; experience with dental/practice management software is a plus (training provided)
